What are the series of law books providing procedures for things in Hong Kong eg. bringing proceedings?

I used these standard books in a law firm’s library, where I was asked to find all the information on bringing a certain proceedings (or something like that). They were in a series, and I have a feeling it started with an ‘H’.

Well it could be Annotations. So maybe it’s HLR’s. In America we have ALR’s. That stands for American Law Reports.

ALR’s contain information, definitions, and rules on certain areas of law with relevant case citings that relate to that area and sometimes excerpts of the case briefs themselves.

They also could have been some type of procedural supplement. They could have many different authors.
