Wide Bookshelf

For anyone who builds bookshelves / does woodwork …?
A friend is building me a six-foot-high, two-foot wide pine bookshelf. I want to pay him something for it and am wondering what it would commercially be worth, or what kind of price you would put on such a structure.
it really depends on the style he is building the quality and the kind of material if it is going to be pine or fir for a shelf that is build well a value for a friend would be in the neighborhood of 50-70 dollors if its oak ceder or cherry walnut anything like that your probley looking at 70-100 all this depends on the quality and if its finished with a quality varinish
if its a throw together shelf you could probley bet it to be worth about 20-30 bucks
